CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Benefits:
- $1,400-$1,700 weekly pay
- Starting pay is 27% of line haul
- Home weekly: 95% of our truck drivers get home every weekend
- Average age of our equipment is 2.5 years
- $1,500 Orientation Pay (paid after delivery of first load)
- $4,000 Retention Bonus paid out over the year
- Layover pay $75
- Breakdown pay $75 first day, 80% of daily average after 1st day.
- Tarp pay - 40% of loads are tarped
- No 8ft tarps

Minimum Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- Current Class A CDL
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- 1 year of OTR truck driving experience
- Tarping & load securement required
- No more than 5 jobs in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
